MAGNOLIA PARK REVITILIZATION PROJECT

Lawrence R. Moss and Associates provided design and construction documents for streetscape improvements in Burbank's Magnolia Park commercial district. Specific features of this project include new landscaping and irrigation of the existing medians; installation of new street trees with tree grates; and other amenities (thematic light fixtures, distinctive paving treatments, bus shelters, information kiosks, street furniture, outdoor dining areas, signage design, and identification of areas of historical significance). The project area is located in western Burbank, and covers three blocks of Magnolia Boulevard from Hollywood Way to Lima Street.
