SPECIFIC PLAN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT

The City of El Segundo selected LRM to refine and develop a signature streetscape for its downtown area. The project includes five blocks of Main Street, the Civic Center Plaza, and another four blocks of Eucalyptus Avenue. The project involves the development of a pedestrian-oriented streetscape environment with an intimate, small-town feel, a signage program, and the redevelopment of the Civic Center Plaza to accommodate the City's Farmer's Market and other community events.
