New
Building Sites & Renovations
In
1984, LRM began work for the City of Hope with several new
building sites and renovations. Since that time, designs,
drawings and construction observation have been provided for
the new Spirit of Life Plaza and Fountain, the Needleman Building,
Parson's Village (short term housing complex), Shapiro Laboratory,
Graff Library, Hilton Research Laboratory, and the Furth Building.
Extensive open space planting, berms, rock masonry walls,
polished granite donor walls, seatwalls, wood trellises and
ornamental fountains have been installed in the City of Hope
project. LRM has worked continually with Sally Martin, Associate
Administrator, the City of Hope Board, and architects such
as Jeff Lyon, Rochlin and Baran, and Daniel Dworsky AIA on
various building sites. Completed construction budgets total
more than $350,000 for projects at the City of Hope. |
